You decide to impersonate the Hurricane. You're going to need a couple of things to make your disguise though.
First of all, you need green hair. Perhaps you could use paint. You could borrow Hornswoggle's hat and hope Jeff doesn't look too closely, or maybe you could get some hair dye from your brother.
